By purchasing The Descent, you are entering into a contract for a digital, self-study course. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and access has been granted. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) may purchase this course.

Prices payable are as set out on the website. I am not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on these prices.

3. Returns

The Descent is a digital, self-study course. Once access has been granted, the course is non-refundable.

If you purchase via instalments, you are committing to the full payment schedule, even though access is granted immediately upon your first payment.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are accessing digital content immediately and waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel for digital products under UK distance-selling regulations. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend the format or delivery of live elements (such as group calls) without affecting your lifetime access to audio modules and PDFs. We make no warranty that the site or course will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

9. Entire Agreement
