I used to believe magic was just fairy tales—until my body taught me otherwise. Now I know that the most profound healing happens when we learn to feel our way back to wholeness, allowing ourselves to truly heal.

That's why I created Feal—a sacred play on these two essential words that hold the keys to our transformation.

This is not just a coven; it's a sanctuary where I guide my students to break free from the norm, challenge the status quo, and live life unapologetically. My deepest wish is for us to embrace a life overflowing with pleasure and sacred connection—marrying the divine feminine energy of flow and wisdom with the divine masculine energy of strength and action.

The Magic Your Body Has Been Keeping Safe

Picture your nervous system as an ancient river system, carrying messages from lifetimes of stories, waiting to be witnessed and alchemised. Through a practice I've developed combining ancient somatic wisdom with modern nervous system science, we work with the language your body speaks—because your senses never lie.

What I guide here is holistic, non-dualistic, and non-didactic care. There's no right or wrong, no good or bad—no single way of doing things. Instead, we map out your own unique path, becoming bona fide alchemical poets writing your story through the breath and voice of your soul.

Sweet Goddess, I'm here to tell you that magic is real, and we are all inherently magical. It's about integrating and loving all places within ourselves, learning to hold both pain and pleasure simultaneously.

When we create magic—whether manifesting dreams or alchemising limiting beliefs and shadows—we're working with the power that runs through your energetic body, your central channel. We harness the energy of your Heart Chakra (the seat of love) and your Sacral Chakra (the power of excitement), dancing with your sexual energy, your life force—your Kundalini. There is no more powerful energy we can work with; all magic flows through this sacred current.

The gateway to healing and evolving lives is working with your Psyche, which communicates through your body, through your senses. This is what the great sages, masters, and yogis mean when they whisper that "all answers are within" or "all you need is within you."

The Ritual of Becoming

In this sacred space, magic becomes ritual, evoking character traits and archetypes through colours, sounds, scents, writing, poetry, music, dance, song, and yes, even sexuality. We resolve inner conflicts, past stories, and trauma by alchemising the elements within you.

Using techniques passed down through generations of wise women, adapted for our modern souls, we listen to the stories that live inside your body—stories that guide and teach, revealing that everything you desire already exists within you.
