I'm Ranelle. I'm a tantra teacher, somatic practitioner, and shadow work coach. I also work with magick, dreams, and the body's deep intelligence.
Women are powerful as fuck. I've spent the last ten to fifteen years finding my way back to myself — through the body, through the shadow, through everything I'd been taught to override and ignore. This is me sharing what I've learned.
It's not about sex, though we go there. It's about reclaiming your life force, your energy. Learning to work with the feminine instead of against it.
Most of us were taught to operate in a masculine world — pushing, overriding, performing, saying yes when we mean no. This work is about reclaiming what is ours.
How I got here
I've been practising this stuff since I was a kid, making potions in my grandmother's garden. That early relationship with mystery and the natural world shaped everything that came after.
I'm certified in tantra, somatic bodywork, and shadow work. But credentials only tell you I showed up and did the work to get certified. The real learning has come from years of daily practice — working with my own body and sexuality, my dreams and shadows, doing the uncomfortable work of looking at what I'd rather not see.
I teach this work because I lived the disconnection. For years I couldn't feel my body — numb, armoured, fantasy as my only pathway to pleasure. I experienced chronic pain. I lost my period. I lost my intuition. I was completely cut off from the feminine and running on empty.
I had to learn the hard way how to come back.
How I work
The approach is trauma-informed, slow, anti-hierarchy — because you are not here to follow me. You are here to follow yourself.
Your embodiment is the authority. Not me. Not any guru. Not any ancient text. I am not the healer in this relationship — you are. Everything I offer is a doorway. You are the one who walks through it, and you are the one who finds what's on the other side.
This work asks honesty, curiosity, and showing up for your actual life — including the parts that don't match what you thought it would look like by now.
I believe magick is real, and I also think we should maintain healthy scepticism. I believe your body knows things worth listening to. I believe in coming down into the body — the descent is the spiritual work.
Is this work transformative? Yes — but not because it fixes you. Because when you stop trying to be somewhere else, you can finally see what's actually here. And that changes everything.
