Welcome

I'm Ranelle. I'm a tantra teacher and somatic practitioner. I also work with magick, dreams, and shadow work. I do so because it makes me feel alive.

If you're here, you're probably interested in consciously creating a life you love—through sacred sexuality, tantra, ritual, dreams, Jungian work—but you're also a little sceptical. I get it. I'm interested in magick and sceptical of people selling dreams. Both things can be true.

What This Actually Is

This work is about noticing what's already happening. The dreams that keep showing up. The patterns between your inner world and what appears in your life. The sensation (or numbness) in your body. What you actually want versus what you think you should want. Where you're fighting against reality, and what shifts when you stop.

I'm not here to fix you or promise transformation. You're not broken. But if you're curious about working with tantra, reclaiming your sexuality as sacred, exploring your shadows, working with dreams, building altars, or understanding how magick actually functions—not as fantasy but as a way of relating to reality—then this might be for you.

Magick, as I understand it, is about relationships. Relationship with yourself, with your body, with the natural world, with the mystery of consciousness. It's not about transcending your humanity or becoming some perfected version of yourself. It's about being more fully here, in this actual life, with all its contradictions.

My Background

I've been practising this stuff since I was a kid, making potions in my grandmother's garden. That early relationship with mystery and the natural world shaped everything that came after.

I'm a certified tantra teacher, somatic practitioner, and shadow work coach. I've trained in tantric practices, somatic bodywork, sound healing, and mystery school teachings. That education gave me useful frameworks and tools.

But credentials only tell you I showed up and did the work to get certified. The real learning has come from years of daily practice—working with my own body and sexuality, dreams and shadows, meditation, building altars, doing the uncomfortable work of looking at what I'd rather not see, failing at things, trying again differently. It's the embodiment that matters, not the certificates on the wall.

I've spent years doing training courses, trying to become the best version of myself, looking for the thing that would finally make me feel okay. What I've learnt is that there was nothing wrong with me in the first place. I'm 44, single, child-free, no traditional career path, I don't fit the mould, and I'm genuinely at peace with my life—not because it's perfect, but because it's mine.

I teach this work because I lived the disconnection. For years, I couldn't feel my body—numb, armoured, fantasy as my only pathway to pleasure. I had to learn the hard way how to come back. [Read my story]

The Work

I teach tantra because I've witnessed too many women living completely disconnected from their bodies. Numb. In pain during sex. Saying yes when they mean no. Carrying shame they've never spoken out loud. Society silenced women's sexuality—tantra shows us how to reclaim it.

In sessions and courses, we work with tantric practices, somatic bodywork, dreams, shadow integration, altar work, ritual—whatever fits what you're dealing with. I draw from tantric traditions, Jungian psychology, somatic therapy, and earth-based practices, but I'm not precious about any particular system. What matters is what actually helps.

The approach is trauma-informed, slow, anti-hierarchy. Your embodiment IS the authority—not me, not any guru, not any ancient text. Make this work your own. Your way is valid.

Workshops focus on grounding practices, seasonal rituals, working with natural cycles, and building a sustainable relationship with both your body and magick that doesn't require you to be someone you're not.

This work asks something of you—not perfection, but honesty. Not blind belief, but genuine curiosity. Not fixing yourself, but showing up for your actual life, including the parts that don't match what you thought it would look like by now.

The Philosophy

I believe magick is real, and I also think we should maintain healthy scepticism about magickal claims. I believe your shadows hold power, not problems. I believe your body knows things worth listening to. I believe dreams matter. I believe sexuality is sacred. I believe most of what actually makes life good is pretty simple.

I don't believe you need to heal yourself before you can live your life. I don't believe there's a perfect version of you waiting to emerge if you just do enough work. I don't believe in transcending your humanity or your body. I believe in coming down into the body—the descent IS the spiritual work.

I believe in being here, in this messy, contradictory, often difficult, sometimes beautiful life. I believe in finding what you actually love, not what you think you should love. I believe in radical approval of your life as it is, which doesn't mean settling, but means starting from reality instead of fighting it.

Is this work transformative? Yes, but not because it fixes you like a problem. Because when you stop trying to be somewhere else, you can finally see what's actually here. And that changes everything.
