Hey there, beautiful souls!

I'm reaching out to all the energetics, sensitive hearts, empaths, and vibrant firecrackers who feel ALL the feels!

I'm here to share some ways I can support you. And in the spirit of openness, I want to share a bit about my journey, framed as challenges, though I've come to see them as opportunities.

Dear sweet and energetic friend, I feel you. Life as an energetic can be exhausting. We're sensitive and often empathetic, and navigating it all takes work. We feel before we think, and I've been called overly sensitive or shy more times than I can count. Those traits used to feel like weaknesses, but they don't define me. Now, I see them as opportunities for growth. Our weaknesses can become our strengths!

I've had my share of moments of feeling like a dreamer, not fitting in, and needing alone time to recharge. If I've seemed distant, it's been my way of taking a pause to rejuvenate. Picture the Duracell bunny buzzing around, only to flop on its back—I've been there.

Using my voice and expressing desires used to be a struggle. It's a journey, not a miracle cure. Creating safety and gently easing my way out has helped. Trusting my inner guidance has been a challenge, leading to pain. Connecting with others was tough, making me feel separate. Believing in myself wavered, and I lost my sparkle at times.

But here's the thing—I've rediscovered myself time and again. I've found my gifts and purpose and am here to help you do the same.

Nowadays, I'm better at caring for my energy, avoiding that flat-on-the-back feeling. Social isolation, when needed, feels good. Despite my love for intense sensations, loud noise, big crowds, and non-stop talkers can be overwhelming. It's a polarity thing—pulled to high-intensity emotions but needing the opposite to thrive.

As energetics, we absorb energy around us, sensing what others feel. Have you walked into a room and felt a flood of emotions? It takes practice to distinguish what's ours and what's theirs. We might startle easily, jump out of our skin, or need a lot of space. Touch us gently, and we feel safe. Learn to honour our space, and it's life-changing.

I've been overwhelmed and anxious, numbing with drugs and alcohol to avoid feeling too much. Not the best choice for me. It affected relationships and created disconnection.

Sexually, our sensitivity's shadow can manifest as numbness, pain, or losing our turn-on. We might disassociate from our bodies or override boundaries. But when empowered, we experience incredible pleasures beyond the physical, reaching other dimensions.

If you're my lover, approach gently. Tease me, let me long for you. Breathe with me, undress me with your eyes. Touch me softly; let my body surrender to you. Life is our lover; we're here to love and be loved.

We feel intentions and others' emotions intuitively. Cultivating intuition allows us to move gracefully through life's dance.

We can cultivate fierce boundaries and have clear consent conversations. It's about being transparent about our intentions agreeing or disagreeing with preferences. Safety always comes first. Rebuilding our nervous system so the times we are in Fight, Flight, Freeze or Fawn become far and few between.

The work I've done allowed me to transform shadows into gifts. Challenges become gifts; pain turns into pleasure. Living from a deep understanding, joy is found in awareness.

I don't have it all figured out. I have human moments, and that's okay. My mission is to shine a light on darkness and guide you to shine yours!

If this resonates, let's chat.

Peace & Love,

Ranelle
