Tantra & Sacred Sexuality

What Tantra & Sacred Sexuality Actually Looks Like

Tantra sessions usually start with where you are right now - disconnected from your body, numb, in pain during sex, gripped by fantasy, saying yes when you mean no, or just curious about what's possible.

We work with breathwork, body awareness, energy practices, and sometimes (if you're ready and it feels right) guidance around self-pleasure and de-armouring. This isn't about performance or achieving states. It's about coming down into your body, learning to actually feel sensation again, and building your capacity to hold pleasure without dissociating.

The work is slow and trauma-informed. Your body has been protecting you, and armouring exists for good reasons. We go at your pace, with your consent leading every step. If something doesn't feel right, we stop. Your body gets the final say, always.

The uncomfortable bit is that reclaiming your sexuality often means facing shame you've been carrying for years, recognising where you've abandoned yourself, and learning to hold boundaries you've never had before. That's not easy work, but it's where real reclamation happens.

How It Works Practically

Sessions are typically an hour. Some people work with me weekly at first to build momentum, others prefer bi-weekly or monthly. We figure out what works for you.

I also offer The Yoni Path - a comprehensive online course with three levels (Foundation, De-armouring, Transcendence) for women who want a structured pathway. And a free introductory course if you want to try some practices first and see if this resonates.

Everyone's timing is different. Some women feel shifts immediately - sensation returning, pain decreasing, shame loosening its grip. For others it's slower, more gradual. There's no standard timeline. This is about building a relationship with your body, not ticking boxes.

Individual vs Partner Work

This work is primarily about your relationship with yourself. Even if you're in a partnership, the foundation is learning to give yourself what you thought only someone else could give you - presence, pleasure, permission to feel.

That said, partners can be part of the journey if that feels right. But the core work happens in your own body, with your own hands, in your own time.

What You Need

Curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to go slow. You don't need to believe in anything specific. You don't need to be "healed" or "ready" or have dealt with your trauma first. You don't need experience with tantra or even to know what you want yet.

You just need to be interested in coming home to your body. The rest, we figure out together.
